Homeowner Financing is available for your convenience at an interest rate of 12.9%. for terms of 24 months and up to 60 months. There is no set-up fee and no penalty if you pay out early. Other options and rates are available, but for smaller loans this is the most popular rate. Although it is higher than most lines of credit, it is lower than most credit cards.

That's about it. Most applications are approved within minutes, however, should your application be refused, we may be able to offer alternative financing. When faced with an unexpected expense, such as a furnace or water heater, this is a great option as your monthly payments will often be lower than renting.
